2008 Safeway International presented by Coca-Cola
Held each spring since 1983, the Safeway International presented by Coca-Cola has grown to become one of the most popular charitable sporting events in Arizona and on the LPGA tour.

Beneficiary: Since 2004, the Safeway Foundation has identified Banner Health Foundation as the primary beneficiary of the Safeway International and has donated over $2 million to the support cancer care programs at Banner Health.

PGA Tour legend Hale Irwin has partnered with the Banner Health Foundation to take part in this exclusive golf tournament to raise funds in support of Banner Health School-Based Clinics.

Festival of Trees
The Festival of Trees will feature trees decorated by local businesses and community residents. These beautifully adorned trees will be on display for the community to view and then auctioned at a special evening event, with proceeds benefiting pediatric injury prevention programs at Banner Gateway Medical Center.
