Banner Health Pro-Am
The Banner Health Pro-Am is an annual event in which golfers hit the links to raise funds in support of Banner Health School-Based Health Centers.

OCTOBER
A Night to Remember presented by Fox Restaurant Concepts
Hosted by the Women's Council of the Banner Alzheimer's Institute, this very special evening featuring cocktails, entertainment, live and silent auctions, will spotlight a menu developed and prepared by Fox Restaurant Concepts chefs. With recent studies suggesting that high cholesterol diets may contribute to stroke and brain cell damage, and growing evidence showing that a diet rich in antioxidants from dark vegetables and fruits may help protect brain cells, the featured recipes were developed to please the palette while meeting the scientific criteria for brain health.

NOVEMBER
Banner Thunderbird Golf Classic in honor of Dr. Ted Laughlin
Named for one of Banner Thunderbird Medical Center’s first Chief Medical Officers. Dr. Laughlin, who specialized in Internal medicine, was with Banner Thunderbird 11 years before retiring due to illness. Dr. Laughlin dedicated his time to making the world better for others, and through this charity golf tournament, will continue doing so for the patients and families of Banner Thunderbird’s Children’s Center.

Festival of Trees
The Festival of Trees will feature trees decorated by local businesses and community residents. These beautifully adorned trees will be on display for the community to view and then auctioned at a special evening event, with proceeds programs and services at Banner Gateway Medical Center.
