Banner Health Foundation and Banner Alzheimer's Foundation support the Phoenix-based nonprofit Banner Health and its hospitals, facilities, and health and wellness services by managing various donor relations programs and giving options that enlist the support of individuals, corporations and foundations.

If so, we we invite you to express your gratitude with a gift that honors the individual who made a difference to you while supporting your nonprofit Banner Health hospital. 

Banner Benefactors
Banner Health Foundation is honored to have the steadfast support of our Banner Benefactors. Our Annual Banner Benefactors – those whose annual contributions total $1,000 or more – and Lifetime Banner Benefactors – those whose cumulative giving reaches $25,000 – are instrumental in extending the reach of Banner Health's mission to make a difference in people's lives through excellent patient care. The Banner Benefactors philanthropic membership program is an opportunity for us to work together and continue "Giving hope. Giving health. Giving back."

Planned Giving
The Foundation welcomes planned gifts from those in our community who are committed to ensuring their legacy is affiliated with advancements in health care. We have a representative on staff who is dedicated to managing planned giving initiatives, including bequests, life income arrangements, trusts and more.
