The Banner Center for Health Careers exists to increase the pool of qualified employees for hard-to-fill clinical positions, including those in nursing, respiratory therapy, radiology technology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language pathology, by creating partnerships with academic and other community institutions. Programs may include a provision of academic financial assistance, which is often supported through philanthropic dollars generated by Banner Health Foundation.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs are made available to clinicians throughout Banner Health facilities, so our expert staff can remain on the leading edge of medical techniques and treatments. Banner Health Foundation raises money for various scholarship programs that enable our employees to access the education they need.
