Foundation Scholarship
Banner Lassen Medical Center Hospital Foundation Scholarship
This scholarship will be awarded annually to a person employed in the medical field or as medical support staff in Susanville. The following is the criteria for the scholarship.
- Application deadline will be July 1, 2012
- The scholarship is to be awarded by August 31, 2012.
- The top three applicants will be asked to participate in an interview with the Banner Lassen Medical Center Foundation Board.
- Previous applicants/awardees are encouraged to reapply.
- This scholarship is not automatically renewed for a former recipient, but an application with transcripts will be considered along with new applicants.
- The scholarship will be paid directly to the employee and is considered taxable income.
- Payment will be issued upon verification of your enrollment.
- The scholarship may be used for tuition, fees, travel expenses to the university and books.
