McKee Presents ...A Loveland Celebration

McKee Presents…A Loveland Celebration, formerly Evergreen Evening, presented by The Friends of the Hospital, with major sponsorship provided by Home State Bank, was held Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Embassy Suites in Loveland.  Attended by more than 280 business owners, physicians, community leaders and McKee Foundation supporters the event raised more than $62,500.  Ticket sales, sponsorship contributions, Art Sale and auction revenue will benefit the Banner Simulation System at McKee.

McKee Presents featured a Simulation Training Area and a Virtual Reality Immersion Station. Patient safety and quality care is the driving force to establish simulation education and training. The Banner Simulation System at McKee will be an advanced education and training facility using computer-driven mannequins and virtual-reality devices. Trainers simulate patient care scenarios and procedures in a safe environment to constantly improve the clinical skills and teamwork of nurses, physicians and allied health care providers.

Major event sponsorship support came from Home State Bank, Professional Finance Company and Mission Sponsors, Advanced Medical Imaging, and the McWhinney Foundation. All of the funds raised will benefit the Banner Simulation System at McKee.
