Established in 1989, the Community Health Care Foundation raises and manages charitable gifts to help support area health care services. The foundation, a nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue Section 501(c)(3), is governed by a board of directors made up of community members, hospital staff and administration.
How You Can Help
Community Health Care Foundation funds are used for projects that improve health care, but are not a part of the general operating budget of Community Hospital.

Gifts can be used in many ways including:
- Capital improvements
- Acquiring state-of-the-art technology for Community Hospital
- Education programs for our community, patients and staff
