The Home Health Care team provides for physical and emotional needs based on a doctor's plan of care to enable recovery from an illness, expand personal freedom and enhance quality of life. Our services include: skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, medical social services, home health aides, an extended-care program, and home infusion therapy.
