Cardiac Rehabilitation offers a medically supervised conditioning program for individuals with cardiac or chronic pulmonary conditions. Our primary goal is to help people return to optimal function after a cardiac event. We utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to establish needs and evaluate risk factors, and work with doctors to develop an individualized treatment plan. The program also offers a friendly and inviting atmosphere with other individuals who share similar health concerns. This includes but is not limited to heart attack, angioplasty with or without a stent, stable angina, ICDs, pacemakers, and bypass surgery.
