Complaint Process
It is important to us that you are satisfied with the quality of care and services you receive while you are a patient at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any problem that may arise during your stay.
If you have a complaint, concern or suggestion regarding any aspect of your stay, please ask to speak to your nurse or a member of our management team.
If you have voiced your concern and feel they have not been resolved, or if you wish to make a formal complaint or grievance, please call Patient Relations at (907) 458-5154.
If you have any concerns regarding your hospital care after you have been discharged, please contact Patient Relations at the number above, to provide a description of your concerns.
