Patients With Insurance Coverage:

You will receive a statement regarding any balance after your insurance has processed your claim. The balance is due within 60 days. If the balance is paid in full within 30 days after your insurance pays, there is a 5 percent discount. Throughout the billing process, you will receive statements on the status of your account.

If you have medical coverage through a private insurance or your employer, please contact the following insurance biller according to the patient's last name:

Patients Without Insurance Coverage:

If you do not have insurance, your account is due to be paid in full within 90 days after you receive your first statement. There is a 5 percent discount if your account is paid within 30 days of receiving the first statement.
