Cancer Diagnosis
Cancer treatment begins with an accurate diagnosis, and Fairbanks Memorial Hospital uses a number of cancer-detection resources and state-of-the-art medical technologies to identify and stage cancers.
Some of our diagnosis resources include:
- Computed Tomography (CT) - Alaska's first 64-slice CT scanner
- Digital Mammography
- Echo/Ultrasound
- Fluoroscopy
- General Radiology (X-ray)
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
- Nuclear Medicine
