Fairbanks Memorial Hospital's Laboratory represents a team of highly qualified health care professionals dedicated to producing accurate, complete and timely laboratory results. 

By providing excellent service, the laboratory strives to assist other health professionals in the delivery of quality patient care. 

The laboratory at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital is accredited by AABB, CLIA and the College of American Pathologists, and is inspected by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).  Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Laboratory at Tanana Valley Clinic is accredited by CLIA and COLA. Most routine tests can be processed in our facility with results available the same day.  Urgent specimens will have results available to the physician within 1 hour of collection.  On-site Pathologists can interpret results and consult with your physician in real time, if needed.
