Emily Auker, ANP

Emily Auker joined the 1st Care Center team at Tanana Valley Clinic in November 2009 after working as a Registered Nurse at Ohio State University Hospital East and Grant Medical Center, both in Columbus, Ohio. 

While in Ohio, Auker worked in a Progressive Care Unit, Neuromedical Intermediate Unit and Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit.  She attended Ohio State University, where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing, as well as completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. 

She earned her certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and is also licensed as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner by the State of Alaska.  Auker is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention.
