Banner Good Samaritan Stroke Program

Banner Good Samaritan's Stroke Care program has received national certification from The Joint Commission.

Banner Good Samaritan was recognized for its care of patients who just had a stroke. “(Our) process is very organized and is designed to make sure that every patient gets the maximum state-of-the-art care," Jeremy Payne, MD.

flu restrictions

Banner Good Samaritan has enacted visitor restrictions to protect patients from the spread of respiratory illnesses such as H1N1 (Swine) flu and seasonal flu.

Banner Good Samaritan will screen visitors for signs of illness (cough, runny nose, fever) and restrict children 12 and under from the hospital.

U.S. News 2009-2010

For a 10th year, U.S.News & World Report magazine has recognized Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in the magazine’s annual “America’s Best Hospitals” issue.
