Patient Support

Eric The transplant not only gave me the time to be with my family, but just a few months after the transplant I was able to return to work and play golf again. What an amazing difference it made!" - Eric Pratt, Liver transplant patient

Liver Support Group
(602) 839-7000
A support group for liver transplant patients throughout Phoenix is available on a regular basis, sponsored by the Transplant program. These patients and their families are at all stages in the transplant journey: Pre-transplant, recent transplant and many years post-transplant. The group is a tremendous benefit in helping patients and their families understand the transplant process. For more information, please speak with a transplant social worker.

Transplant Mentor Program
(602) 839-7000

The Transplant Center offers a unique mentoring program that pairs a patient with a mentor who has experienced a transplant. The mentor provides invaluable support and can share their personal transplant experience.
