Ambulatory Care

Ambulatory Treatment Unit (ATU)  

The Ambulatory Treatment Unit at Banner Baywood, part of the hospital’s Outpatient Services center, provides outpatient nursing and ancillary care to patients with such medical conditions as:

  • Anemia
  • Arthritis, including Psoriatic and Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Asthma
  • Crohn’s Disease
  • Immune deficiencies
  • Infectious diseases
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Neoplastic diseases
  • Neurological diseases
  • Ulcerative Colitis

Some of the most common services provided include:

  • Blood transfusions
  • Central venous access care
  • Injections
  • Infusion therapy, including Chemotherapy and Hydration services
  • Phlebotomy

Referral Required

The Ambulatory Treatment Unit is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and holiday services are by appointment only.
