Being well-informed about the medications you are taking, and understanding their possible risks and interactions can be overwhelming and confusing. If you are having trouble managing or understanding your medications, we can help.

The Medication Management Clinic located in the Outpatient Center at Banner Baywood Medical Center includes three components:

  • The Anticoagulation Clinic is designed to provide close monitoring and essential education for anticoagulated patients.

  • We're here to help you!
Our pharmacists are here to meet your medical needs.

Call (480) 321-4396 to schedule an appointment.

The Blood Management Clinic aims to reduce the need for transfusions in patients undergoing elective, non-cardiac, nonvascular surgery who are anemic or at risk for significant blood loss.

  • The Heart Failure Educational Clinic educates patients about heart failure, with a personalized approach to help patients understand their health issues and know the best steps to take for an optimum recovery.

Our Medication Management Clinic is staffed by pharmacists who will meet with you to discuss all of your medicines and how to take them. If you are on several medicines, our clinic staff can help design a routine that fits into your lifestyle.

We’ll teach you how your medicines help treat your medical problems and help you deal with any side effects you may be experiencing. We'll also look for ways you can save money and avoid drug interactions.
Clinic services require a referral from your doctor. Insurance covers your visits as long as you are referred by your physician.
