Become a Volunteer

Our Volunteer Service League serves as ambassadors for both Banner Baywood Medical Center and Banner Heart Hospital. Our volunteers are as diverse as the communities we serve.

The goal of the Volunteer Services department is to maximize the talent of our volunteers. We strive to provide flexible schedules that accommodate our seasonal volunteers, teens and career professionals.

Benefits
There are numerous rewards for volunteering at Banner Heart Hospital and Banner Baywood Medical Center:

  • Opens doors to community connections.
  • Provides opportunities to make a difference in your community.
  • Provides opportunities for exploring potential health care careers.
  • Provides opportunities to contribute to the care and recovery of the patients we serve.

Additionally, studies show that people who volunteer live longer!
