Our  Appointment Line provides a brief screening to determine how Banner Behavioral Health can help you with mental health or substance-abuse concerns.

If the screening indicates Banner Behavioral Health Hospital could be of help, the counselor can begin the intake process and schedule a face-to-face assessment at your convenience.

If you are in a crisis, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency department.

The Appointment Line is professionally staffed Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
