About the Helpline
Each year the Banner Helpline receives more than 70,000 calls from individuals or loved ones seeking assistance with behavioral health services. Master's level counselors and social workers answer calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help individuals determine what level of care is needed.
Banner Behavioral Health Hospital offers free telephone assistance and face-to-face assessments. The Helpline counselors will answer questions about behavioral health issues and services. We also will provide a brief screening to determine appropriate level of care. If the caller is in need of one of the many services available at a Banner Behavioral Health location, the counselor can initiate the intake process and schedule a free face-to-face assessment at the caller's convenience.
The Helpline can also refer the caller to any number of community services available as well as to individual therapists and psychiatrists.
If you, or someone you know, needs help, call the Banner Helpline at (602) 254-4357, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
