Banner Boswell has been providing excellent patient care with compassion, integrity and respect to our neighbors in the northwest area of metropolitan Phoenix since 1970.

We are a nonprofit, 501-bed campus that works with more than 700 physicians to provide a full spectrum of medical services. Our supportive environment encourages family and friends to participate in the healing process. Primary specialty areas include cardiac services, neurosciences, orthopedic services, rehabilitation and oncology services.

The Heart Center at Banner Boswell has been nationally recognized for its care and expertise. It is a community resource for cardiovascular preventive care, diagnostic services, medical and surgical treatment and rehabilitative care.

Our clinical neurosciences program specializes in comprehensive diagnostics, therapeutic interventions and neurosurgical treatment services for patients facing such neurological conditions as stroke, seizures, acute confusional states, neurological infections, and neuromuscular and neurodegenerative disorders. Banner Boswell is proud to be a Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center. Additionally, our neurosciences program is just one of three in the Valley to offer deep brain stimulation, a surgical option for some patients with Parkinson’s disease or essential tremor.

Banner Boswell’s orthopedic services combine the talents of leading orthopedic physicians with state-of-the-art surgical operating rooms. We treat a range of orthopedic injuries and disorders from sports-related to arthritic, congenital and degenerative conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons and cartilage. Banner Boswell’s Joint Club is a 21-bed unit dedicated to the care of and support for patients with total joint replacement. Our intensive rehabilitation program prepares patients for a safe transition from discharge to home. Group activities, including pre-operative and discharge education classes and exercise sessions, supplement individualized patient care.

Since 1987, Banner Boswell has been designated by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Program. We are committed to providing compassionate, innovative cancer care services tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. Experienced physicians and staff, technologically advanced detection and treatment tools, and an array of support services ensure patients receive the care they need.

Banner Boswell Rehabilitation Center offers Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing to help patients regain their functional ability and return to as independent a lifestyle as possible.

Banner Boswell also offers a variety of outpatient services close to home, including Medical Imaging, Endoscopy, Infusion Therapy, a Pain Center and Wound Center.
