Medical Library & Patient and Family Learning Center

Banner Boswell's Medical Library & Patient and Family Learning Center is conveniently located at 13180 N. 103rd Drive, Sun City, AZ 85351 (on the first floor of the Support Services Building on the southeast side of Banner Boswell).

Librarian Dawn Humay holds a Master’s degree in Library Science and has served for more than 20 years in hospitals and pharmaceutical research. She can help you find information on health problems, treatments, diagnostic tests, medicines and more. She is actively involved with Banner Boswell’s Patient Education Team and can provide patient discharge information as well as provide updates from the National Institutes of Health.

Other library features include:

• Access to a variety of medical journals in either print or electronic format.
• Four self-service computers with access to the internet (printing available).
• Access to copier and fax machine.
• More than 200 videos and 100 books available for checkout on a variety of health and wellness topics.
• A small lending library of popular reading materials available to patients and visitors.
