Stroke Check 2013
Banner Health is proud to join forces with the American Heart Association to provide this service to the community. Stroke Check community screening program is designed to identify persons at risk of stroke who don't know if they are. People currently under the care of physicians for stroke, mini-stroke, TIA, should instead continue care with their own physician.
The screening includes completion of a written stroke risk assessment, evaluation of arteries of the neck, blood pressure and pulse screen, cholesterol/glucose screen (4-hour fast is recommended) and review of results by a clinician.
Friday, May 24 from 7:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
