Adult Intensive Outpatient - Mental Health Program
Many behavioral health problems do not require a hospital stay. They can be handled successfully through Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center - Outpatient Behavioral Health.
Anxiety, stress and depression – including grief – are among the most common conditions treated through our programs. These and other problems respond well to this type of outpatient program.
The Mid-Intensive Outpatient Program, which meets four days a week in a group setting, may help prevent hospitalization. The Intensive Outpatient Program, which meets two days a week, is geared to help with difficult life situations in a group-therapy format.

Our outpatient services are for clients age 55 and older.
Patients may enter the program at any time. The program uses cognitive-behavioral therapies to help the client explore the nature of their illness and recovery.
Our goals include:
- Help the patient and their families understand the patient's illness
- Develop the skills needed to be back into the community
- Develop the skills to maintain the patient's and family's recovery.
The programs are facilitated by a master's level, licensed therapist.
