A vital element of the our care is an organized Stroke Team available 24 hours a day , seven days a week, that begins treating stroke patients immediately. The team follows special triage and timeline standards to treat stroke victims quickly and efficiently.

We have dedicated Stroke Care Units staffed with specially trained neurological technologists and nurses. We offer a wide variety of diagnostic tools, including electroencephalography (EEG), echocardiogram, CT or MRI and doppler ultrasound. Thes tools help us monitori patients to determine if stroke damage is causing seizures or other neurological conditions.

Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center also offers a comprehensive rehabilitation programs that help stroke patients regain their physical and speech functions.
