At Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center, we are proud to have a variety of physicians on staff who treat women at every stage of their lives.

Meet:

Narinder Brar, D.O., attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York. This was followed by a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Albany Medical College in New York, where she ultimately served as chief resident. Dr. Brar has practiced in the West Valley since 2006. She is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She can be reached at (623) 547-7205.

Robert Brooks, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas in 1980. Dr. Brooks is board-certified and has served in private practice, as well as former chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Swedish Hospital Medical Center in Seattle and chief of staff at Snoqualmie Valley Hospital in Snoqualmie, Wash. Michael Bryan, MD, graduated from Albany Medical College and did his internship and residency at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. He is board-Certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Bryan enjoys hiking, caving, boating and rock climbing. He is married to his high school sweetheart. They have a daughter and two dogs. He can be reached at (623) 214-4400

Marsha Brooks-Candela, MD, is a graduate from the University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. She interned and did her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at SUNY Buffalo. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology and a Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Rosemary Fadool, D.O., is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She specializes in comprehensive obstetrical care, treatment of female health issues including heavy bleeding, HPV and abnormal PAP smears. Dr. Fadool attended medical school at the Chicago Midwestern University. She completed her residency in Detroit at a Michigan State University affiliated program. Frank Fara, MD, is a third-generation obstetrician/gynecologist. He received his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1978. He has practiced in the Valley since 1983. Additionally, he spent seven years teaching and practicing in Virginia in the late 1990s. Dr. Fara is board certified. David Forest, MD, is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He has been practicing in the West Valley since 1999. His expertise includes all aspects of pregnancy care, laparoscopic surgery and female pelvic surgery. Dr. Forest’s medical school training was completed at Chicago Medical School. William Herrmann, MD, is a gynecologist specializing in uro-gynecological conditions and specialty surgeries such as pelvic floor reconstruction and stress incontinence surgery. He is certified by the Accreditation Council for Gynecologic Endoscopy and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Herrmann is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College, in Philadelphia and interned and completed his residency at Lankenau Hospital, Philadelphia. Victor Kissil, D.O.,  attended medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. His obstetrics & gynecology residency was completed at Jersey Shore University Medical Center/ Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Jersey. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. His interests include normal and high risk obstetrics, gynecology and gynecological surgery. Teresa Malcolm, MD, attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and did her residency training in the Phoenix Integrated Residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology  in Phoenix. Dr. Malcolm is an active candidate for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. The Arizona native is an avid runner who enjoys participating in road races and triathlons. Rafael Mendoza, MD, earned his medical degree at Howard University in Washington, D.C. and completed his internship and residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, Calif. in 1999. Gary Newman, D.O.,  is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists. His practice interests include normal and high-risk obstetrics, pelvic surgery for incontinence and other disorders.
