Community Outreach

Banner Desert Medical Center is committed to supporting cancer patients in our community through volunteering and fundraising. Banner Desert actively sponsors and participates in such events as the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life® and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks, and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®. Additionally, the hospital hosts an annual Cancer Survivor Celebration every June to recognize and rejoice with adult and pediatric cancer survivors.
