Thomas J. Taylor, MD
Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Taylor is a native Arizonan whose philosophy of care is quite simple – always do what's best for the patient. His priority is to listen to and respect your unique point of view. By doing this, he can gain valuable insights into your particular needs. You can feel empowered and confident your medical, emotional and spiritual needs are being met.

Dr. Taylor is a graduate of Arizona State University, the University of Oregon Medical School, and fulfilled his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Oklahoma Medical School. He has been with Banner Desert Cancer Center, serving as Medical Director for Radiation Oncology since 1983.

Sandra Zaky, MS, MD
Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Sandra Zaky joined Banner Desert Cancer Center for its  commitment to high-tech, high touch cancer care. Her philosophy is to offer patients expertise and support, while providing compassionate and comprehensive care. Proficient in stereotactic radiosurgery, mammosite brachytherapy and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) treatment options, Zaky is excited to be able to help Banner Desert Cancer Center patients with these unique and powerful treatment options.

Zaky is a graduate of Albany Medical College in New York, with a Doctor of Medicine and a Master of Science in Immunology.  She completed her residency and internship in radiation oncology at Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta. 

She is a member of the American Society of Radiation Oncology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Medical Association and the American College of Radiology.
