What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy means "treatment using scents." It is a holistic treatment of caring for the body with scented botanical oils such as rose, lemon, lavender and peppermint. Aromatherapy is used to relieve pain, care for the skin, alleviate tension and fatigue and invigorate the entire body.

What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are extracted from an array of plants sources – petals, leaves, seeds, nut kernels, bark, stalks, flower heads and gums and resins from trees.

Essential oils may be added to the bath, massaged into the skin, inhaled directly or diffused to scent an entire room. Used medicinally over the centuries, essential oils have now become an established natural therapy that can assist in the treatment of almost every type of discomfort, as well as smoothing away the stress of everyday life.
