The Oasis Spa
Located on the campus of Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, the Oasis Spa is open to the public and offers a team of highly skilled, licensed practitioners ready to help you rejuvenate.
Our skin care, holistic therapies and extensive product offerings are tailored to support your highest potential for stress relief and well-being.
Reservations
Reservations are by appointment only. We recommend making your Oasis Spa reservations for treatments and services at least one week in advance as they are subject to availability. We require a major credit card to guarantee all reservations.
Please note, we have a no-tipping-allowed policy.
In addition to the services open to the public, we also offer various types of inpatient therapies, including facials, massage and reflexology. These services are subject to availability and require at least 1-2 days notice in advance of the requested appointment.

Location
The Oasis Spa is located on the second floor of Banner Desert Medical Center, near the Respiratory Therapy department.
Parking
Valet parking is available free of charge at the hospital's west main entrance.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Appointments not cancelled by 5 p.m. the previous day are subject to a cancellation charge of 50 percent of the total service price. This amount will be charged to your credit card.
Product Returns
We offer a 100-percent satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and body products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you and provided that half of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase with receipt. We offer exchanges only, not cash or credit card refunds.
Gift Certificates
The perfect gift for any occasion - gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase and are transferable. Gift certificates are available for sale in the Main Lobby Gift Shop.
