About the Oasis Spa

We are a hospital-based center providing a team of highly-skilled, licensed practitioners who will assess and individualize any therapy experience on our menu. Our skin care, holistic therapies and exclusive product offerings are uniquely personalized to support your highest potential for stress relief and well-being.

Reservations
Services are by appointment only.
We recommend making your Oasis Spa reservations for treatments and services at least one week in advance as they are subject to availability. We require a major credit card to guarantee all reservations.

Location
The Oasis Spa is located on the second floor of the main hospital,
near the Respiratory Therapy Department.

Parking
Parking is available in the 1432 parking garage, located on the southeast side of the hospial campus. Valet parking is available free of charge at the hospital's west main entrance.

Cancellation/No Show Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, please call by 5pm the day before your appointment as a courtesy to other clients so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of others. Appointments not cancelled by 5pm the previous day are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the total service price. This amount will be charged to your credit card.

Child Care
While we at the Oasis love children please arrange alternate child care during your services. Children must be receiving services if present or accompanied by an adult.

Product Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and body products, if you decide that it is not the right product for you and provided that half of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase with receipt. Exchange only, no cash or credit card refunds.

Gift Certificates
The perfect gift for any occasion - gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from date of purchase and are transferable. Gift certificates are available for sale in the hospital gift shop.
