Welcome to Banner Estrella Medical Center, where we are committed to providing you and your family with excellent care and service.
The staff and physicians at Banner Estrella work hard to create an environment that offers comfort and healing to our patients and visitors. We strive to care for you with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect.
Our patient care delivery model is centered on a high-tech, high-touch care model. The care and service provided to each Banner Estrella patient is not based only on physical or medical needs, but also takes into account spiritual and emotional well-being.
We work with you to set goals for your care and recovery. We encourage patient and families involvement in health care decisions through our Partners in Caring program, a philosophy that supports a family member or close friend's involvement in your care and comfort during your hospital stay. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, please be sure to let us know.
In addition, we would like to hear from you about your experiences at Banner Estrella. To give any feedback, please talk with your caregivers or with the manager of the department where you are receiving care. You can also contact our Patient Liaison in the Patient Relations Office at (623) 327-4166 (dial 1-4166 from inside Banner Estrella) weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you have an urgent need after hours, please call the hospital operator by dialing "0" and then ask to speak with the "house supervisor" or with the "administrator on call."
When you return home, you may receive a survey requesting your assessment of Banner Estrella and our care. Please take the time to complete and return the survey. Your feedback is very important to us and we will use it to continue to provide you with excellence in patient care.
