Banner Estrella offers one automatic teller machine, located in an alcove off the main hallway on the first floor of the diagnostic & treatment building.

Gift Shop
The Banner Estrella Gift Shop is located in the front lobby of the hospital. Visitors can purchase books, magazines, personal items, gifts and flowers.

Gift Shop hours are 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays. The Gift Shop is staffed by volunteers and therefore, hours are subject to change.

Family Lounges
A designated family lounge can be located on Patient Tower floors two through five, directly north of the elevator bays. Women and Infants Services, located on the first floor of the Patient Tower, has a family waiting area for patients visitors located within their department. 

For family and friends visiting patients who are having surgery or other procedures, there is a designated family waiting room on the second floor of the Diagnostic & Treatment building.

Smoke Free Environment
Banner Estrella provides two smoking areas on campus but encourages a smoke-free campus. Designated smoking canopies are located on the southwest corner of the campus, near the Women and Infants Services entrance and on the northeast corner of the campus, near the Emergency Department entrance.

Visiting Hours
Created as a holistic healing environment, Banner Estrella stresses the importance of family and friends in the process of healing so there are not specific visiting hours.

Each patient room is family-focused, offering a private room to each patient with a convertible sofa-bed and private shower that can be used by patient and family or friend. In addition, we offer varying visiting hours for additional family and friends depending on the unit and each patient's individual needs. Please check with the floor nurse for more information and restrictions based on the patient's care needs.

Visitor Parking
Visitor parking is available on three sides of the hospital campus. Visitors can park on the southwest corner of the facility to access the lobby area and Women and Infants Services. Visitors can also access the lobby from the northwest parking lot.

Visitors to the Emergency Department can park on the east side of the campus, near the emergency department entrance.

Escorts between visitor parking and the hospital are available through hospital security. For an escort, please call (602) 747-4400 or 1-4400 from inside Banner Estrella 24 hours a day.
