Guest Wireless Services

Banner Estrella Medical Center and Banner Health Information Technology are pleased to provide Guest Wireless Services for our patients and their families. 

This service is for a patient or their family to use while being hospitalized. Your own laptop will be needed; hospital computers are not available for this use.

If you are interested in using the Guest Wireless Services, ask your nurse for a copy of Procedures for connecting to the Guest Wireless Network (bannerguest).

Hospital personnel are not allowed to assist anyone using this service.

In-room Internet
Banner Estrella Medical Center is proud to launch in-room Internet access in all patient rooms. Patients and family members can now access the Internet and personal emails through their in-room entertainment center.

Instructions for accessing the Internet through the patient television are available in-room or from your nurse.
