Complaint Process
Banner Estrella would like to resolve all complaints as soon as possible. If there are concerns, questions or complaints about patient care and/or treatment, a care provider will be more than happy to discuss the issues and help resolve them. If a complaint has been submitted and the patient feels it has not been resolved, or to file a formal complaint, please call Patient Relations at (623) 327-5230.
If we, at the hospital level, have not been able to resolve a complaint to satisfaction, patients are welcome to take the next step by filing a grievance in writing to:
