At Banner Estrella, we recognize the therapeutic benefit of having a trusted friend or family member by your side during a medical emergency.
In most cases, one visitor at a time is allowed by your bedside in order to best meet your medical needs, maintain your privacy and ensure the lowest noise levels possible.
Relatives and friends are asked to remain in the waiting room and emergency lobby area unless their presence is absolutely necessary for the patient's care.
Staff members will keep friends and family informed about the patient's care and treatment as much as possible. Parents may accompany their children throughout the treatment process.
