Having a baby is an exciting time in a woman’s life, and at Banner Estrella Medical Center, doctors and staff work together to meet the needs of each mother-to-be and baby throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery and recovery.
Our staff provides personalized care using the latest technology in a family-centered environment with spacious, private rooms. Mothers and babies are cared for together, with family and friends involved as desired.
Women should check with their physician to determine which prenatal tests should be scheduled. Banner Estrella offers a full complement of childbirth and parenting classes, including counseling and support for breastfeeding.
All expectant mothers receive our Banner Health Parents-to-be Handbook from their physician’s office, which covers prenatal advice, hospital information and home care education topics.
