Saying goodbye to 2011!
By Chris Price, MD, Chief of Staff
With 2011 coming to an end, I would like to take a moment to thank all of you for your hard work and continued dedication.
This past year has been full of change, from the government economics in this country to saying goodbye to members of our staff who passed away to beginning to provide cancer care on this campus, we have all been through change. It is how we have dealt with it all that truly puts us above the rest.
The practice of medicine will continue to evolve and change in the future as will the happenings on the Banner Gateway Campus.
My hope is that we all view these sometimes unavoidable changes positively and use them as a way to grow both professionally and personally. Embrace these new ideas from this past year and those that will continue to come in the future years. Many of these ideas may empower us to provide care more proficiently while still being able to hold on to our old-fashioned values and our commitment to provide patient care.
Change is never an easy thing to endure, but I really commend you all again for your continued support over the last year! I hope you have a great holiday season and spend time with your loved ones.
See you in 2012!
