  • Sodium thiosulfate injection
  • Tuberculin PPD Skin test (Tubersol®)
  • Hydorxyzine injection

Products that supplies are low, resupply is problematic or does not seem stable:

  • Atropine injection:  1mg received 4 flats, ordered extra Atropine syringes for Pyxis
  • Bupivacaine 0.5% PF inj:  0.5% now on intermittent backorder.
  • Calcium Gluconate inj : Have good supply of vials at this time.
  • Carboplatin inj: have several sizes and several MFG so this has not been a problem.
  • Cis-Platin inj: Have several sizes and able to maintain treatments, have 15 200mg vials due to release mid month, have some 50mg vials to bridge gap. Unavailable from wholesaler so have to order direct.
  • Cyanocobalamin (Vit B-12) inj: on backorder, 6 flats in stock.
  • Cytarabine inj: Have small amount, mostly used inpatient. They also have small supply.
  • Dexamethasone: all sizes on intermittent release have good supply of 1mg vials and #40 MDV vials.
  • Dextrose 5% in water 250ml: No estimated recovery date, 3 cases in stock
  • Daunorubicin inj: Usually used inpatient, all drug we had in stock recalled, received 20 vials ER stock for new patient.
  • Doxil 20 & 50mg:  Warned of national back order so stock is being secured for existing patients. Several vials expiring in September.
  • Doxorubicin inj: Bedford no longer supplying but available from 2 MFG, goes on and off backorder
  • Diphenhydramine 50mg: Short dated product available, have 15 flats on hand and order for short dated product.
  • Epinephrine amps:  on backorder. We currently have up to date amps in the E-kits.
  • Etoposide: 100mg vial on allocation. Received #25 of the 25ml size but wholesaler not supplying, ordering direct.
  • Famotidine inj:  12 flats on hand, backorder with no release date.
  • Fluorouricil (5-FU) :  #30 100ml size and #25 50ml size on backorder. Intermittent back-order
  • Fluticasone-salmeterol (Advair®) HFA 45/21:  recall product, not available. Other strengths are available.
  • Furosemide inj: We continue to see improvements with product availability.  We currently hold a good supply of the 20mg and only 1 flat of 40mg vials at Cancer Center.
  • Gemcitabine: Have good supply at this time, next release date is Sept 2014 have #40 vials on order.
  • Ibandronate sodium (Boniva): 1 dose on hand, on and off backorder. Currently no stock at McKesson
  • Leucovorin inj: Bedford is now supplying product, Sagent currently has stock at McKesson with no supply issues. can move to more expensive name brand if needed.
  • Magnesium Premixed 2 gram inj:  this is on backorder 2ml, 10ml & 20ml sizes; however we do currently hold a good supply of 2ml & 50ml vials expired and 10 cases of the premixed bags Hospira  is depleted of stock on all list numbers. Premix bags now available at Banner AZRX.
  • Magnesium 1gm/2ml inj: Currently 10 flats on shelf
  • Paclitaxel: Unavailable at our distribution center, to release mid July. Have several sizes in stock for now.
  • Phenylephrine 10mg vial:   currently on backorder with no release date. Discontinued by Westward but have 2 flats of 25. McKesson holds good amount of stock at this time.
  • Polio Vaccine:  we do hold a few of the 5ml – 10dose vials. McKesson has a few vials in stock.
  • Potassium Phosphate inj: Received 3 flats next available late December but order was refused for our facility.
  • NS 250ML IV BAG: Received  6 more cases.  No estimated recovery date.
  • Topotecan inj: Small amount available thru McKesson, found 10 vials from another distribution center.
  • Sodium phosphate inj: have small amount, manufacturer allocation
  • Vincristine: 20 vials currently in stock. McKesson has supply of 1mg, have 20 vials.
  • Vinorelbine inj: Long term backorder with APP so using other MFG and no problem at this time. Increase in demand may cause issues with other manufacturers. Currently have 6 vials.
