Welcome to the Medical Staff website for Banner Gateway Medical Center. This site provides credentialing requirements as well as information physicians practicing at Banner Gateway need to stay up to date with the medical center's policies and procedures.

Medical Staff Services
The Medical Staff Services Department is available to assist you. The department provides administrative support to the medical staff and acts as a liaison between physicians and administration.

Medical Staff Services is located in the Medical Center just south of the Madera Canyon Conference Room near the Physician's Lounge. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Contact the main office by dailing (480) 543-2600 or email the Medical Staff Director.
