At Banner Gateway Medical Center, we are committed to providing you with the service, quality of care and compassion you and your family expect.
Patients can order Room Service to enjoy their meals when they want and how they want at Banner Gateway Medical Center. Our menus feature a wide variety of options and offer breakfast items all day. The menus also provide options for patients who are on a special diet.
The Canyon Cafe, located on the first floor of the hospital, offers hot and cold food seven days a week. Hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
Beyond the Bean
Beyond the Bean serves freshly brewed coffee, lattes and espresso drinks, teas, smoothies and pastries. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
Wireless internet is available to patients and their families.
There are several gardens are available for patients and visitors to enjoy.
Our non-denominational chapel is located on the first floor of the hospital across from the cafeteria. The Chapel is open at all times for prayer and meditation. Adjacent to the chapel is a peaceful meditation garden.
In addition to caring for your body, we want to support your mind and spirit. Our non-denominational chaplains can work with you and your health care team to ensure good communication about your personal goals in all aspects of your care.
Spanish medical interpreters are available if needed. More than 150 languages are also available through an over-the-phone interpretation system.
Annelise’s Gift Shop is located in the main lobby of Banner Gateway. The gift shop is run by Volunteer Services and carries a wide variety of gifts, flowers and specialty items. Regular hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. Evening and Sunday hours vary based on
To protect the health of our patients, visitors and employees, we are proud to be a nonsmoking facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on our campus. Please respect our patients and staff by refraining from smoking. Patients who smoke are encouraged to talk with their nurse and physician about other options.
