The first step in surgical weight loss is to attend a free information session. These meetings are conducted by our bariatric surgeons and staff at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert.

At Banner Gateway, Bariatric surgery is provided for people 18 to 65 years of age. Requests for surgery for people above or below this age range are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
