Green Beans with Prosciutto and Pine Nuts

1 pound fresh green beans
1 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 ounce Prosciutto ham, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh sage, minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons toasted pine nuts
3/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Bring large pot of water to boil. Add beans and return to boil. Simmer until crisp (3-4 minutes). Drain them.
In a skillet, heat 1/2 teaspoon olive oil over medium heat. Add prosciutto ham. Cook stirring until crispy (4-5 minutes). Drain on paper towel.
Wipe out pan and heat the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add green beans, garlic, sage, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and a dash of pepper. Cook stirring occasionally until the beans are browned in places (3-4 minutes). Stir in pine nuts, lemon zest and prosciutto. Season with lemon juice and the remaining salt and pepper.
