A mini-hotel within a hospital
When someone you care for is hospitalized, you want to be near by. That's why we have created a mini-hotel inside the hospital that offers comfortable, affordable guest rooms.

Banner Good Samaritan's guest rooms offer a home-like environment. Guests may use the hospital's cafeteria, vending machines, private laundry and gift shop. ATMs are located at several locations inside the hospital. Banks, restaurants and shopping are close by in downtown Phoenix.

Security officers patrol the entire hospital, including the guest floor, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

• Families of patients in Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center and Banner Good Samaritan Rehabilitation Institute;
• Prospective patients prior to admission;
• Patients who have been discharged but do not require medical attention. You can make reservations by calling the Guest Lodging Service Desk, (602) 239-4944, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. MST, Monday-Friday. A hotel operator can assist you after hours.

Rates
Single or double occupancy rooms are $55 (tax included) per night. Each additional guest over the age of 12 years is $10.75, up to a maximum room occupancy of 4. There is no fee for children 12 or younger.

 

Off-site lodging
Several local hotels have made arrangements with Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center for special rates to families and friends of our patients. Several of these hotels have complimentary shuttle service to and from Banner Good Samaritan.
