Our online Patient Information Center contains important information about the patient care experience at Banner Good Samaritan. I invite you to review this information, as it will be a helpful reference for your stay in the hospital.
Please note our visiting hours and our request for limiting patient visitors to two visitors per patient. Our visitor policy was created to ensure a safe and peaceful environment that is conducive to healing.
We would like to hear from you about your experiences at the hospital. To give any feedback, please talk with your caregivers or with the manager of the department where you are receiving care. You can also contact our Patient Relations Office at (602) 839-2236 (dial 1-2236 from inside Banner Good Samaritan) weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you have an urgent need after hours, please call the hospital operator by dialing "0" and then ask to speak with the "house supervisor."
You may be randomly selected to receive a patient satisfaction survey after your discharge. Please take the time to complete and return a survey if you receive one in the mail. Your patient experience is very important to us.
