Banner Family Pharmacy is located on the first floor of Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center. We are conveniently located next to the hospital Gift Shop and Miss Lulu's Cafe.
We are only closed on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please call us at (602) 839-2000 if the doors are locked.

Parking Information
Valet
Banner Good Samaritan offers free valet parking at our front door (12th Street and McDowell Road).
- Hours of the valet service: are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Parking Structure
There is also structure parking in front of our main lobby that is free for the first two hours. Visitors who will be here a great deal may choose to buy a parking pass in the gift shop for a reduced rate.
- Take ramp to second floor from Emergency department parking. Enter off McDowell Road between 10th and 12th streets.
