Meet our Patient Navigator

The Laura Dreier Breast Center at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center offers all of our patients access to a navigator who can be with them every step of the way.

Kristin Niehus, RN, who is certified in patient navigation for both breast imaging and breast cancer care, can make sure that all patients with suspicious findings get the information and help they need for proper follow-up care, timely diagnosis and treatment (if necessary).

She can also help with:

• Scheduling appointments
• Making referrals
• Arranging follow-up care
• Learning what the next steps are in your treatment
• Coordinating and streamlining the insurance process
• Making sure you have the medical films and records for their next appointments
