Advanced Treatments
Banner Good Samaritan is one of a select few hospitals in the country that provides SIR-Sphere® and TheraSphere® treatments for patients diagnosed with inoperable liver cancer. Additionally, Banner Good Samaritan is the first hospital in Arizona to offer the new TomoTherapy Hi-Art System®. Used to treat various types of cancers, TomoTherapy is an integrated system combining the 3-D imaging capabilities of computerized tomography (CT) with highly-targeted radiation therapy to deliver precise and customized treatments.
