The Neuroscience Clinic is open Monday - Friday, from 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

• Phones are answered Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Location
The Neuroscience Clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the Banner Good Samaritan Rehabilitation Institute. 

Our address is 1012 E. Willetta St., Suite 54, Phoenix, AZ 85006. 

Major cross-streets are 10th Street and McDowell.

Parking
Parking is available on the north-side of the Banner Good Samaritan Rehabilitation Institute.  Patients may either self-park or use the free valet service.  Handicap parking is available just outside the Main Lobby.
