The American Parkinson Disease Association Information & Referral Center at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center provides people with Parkinson’s disease, their caregivers, family members, and their physicians with the latest information and resources available.
The Center library offers:
- up-to-date literature, books, videos and newsletters
- Web site recommendations
- information on Parkinson’s medications and the Deep Brain Stimulation surgery
- lists of current local clinical trials
- contact information for Parkinson’s support groups in central and northern Arizona
- a roster of Valley area physicians, surgeons, and therapists with expertise in Parkinson’s disease
- recommendations for Movement Disorder Centers, medical facilities, aquatics programs and exercise programs in metro Phoenix
- Information on Meds Connection

The American Parkinson Disease Association Information & Referral Center is located in the Banner Good Samaritan Rehabilitation Institute building at 1012 E. Willetta St. in Phoenix, one block south of McDowell Road.
